On Thursday, 4th of April, the Nigeria police dismissed Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan for the murder of Mr Kolade Johnson. According to the news passed a crossed, Mr Kolade Johnson was shot dead on Sunday, 31st of March while he was watching Live Match with his friends at Mangoro ,Lagos state
The Nigeria police, haven seen the reactions of the people on social media, the Nigeria Police vowed to Nigerian’s to search thoroughly and reveal the identity of the people who engaged in the act.
The officers who engaged in the case have been arrested and their names have been published alongside with their photos yesterday.

The two Police Officers, Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan and Sergeant Godwin Orji charged of their involvement in the murderer of Mr Kolade Johnson on 31st of March 2019 were arrested and taken to the internal disciplinary proceedings, known as Orderly Room Trial by the Command for trial and hearings.
The Orderly Room trial took off on Monday 1st of April, 2019 and closed on Thursday 4th of April, 2019.
The trial were based on three count charges:
(1) Discreditable Conduct
(2) Unlawful and Unnecessary Exercise of Authority and
(3) Damage to Clothing or Other Articles contrary to Paragraph E (iii), Q (ii) and D(i)
First Schedule, Police Act and Regulations, Cap 370 LFN 1990.
After the statement, the Trial took off with the reading of charges concerning those who were involved in the killing of Mr Kolade Johnson and taking of plea. Five witnesses were also present and testified to what happened that very day.
At the end of the trial, having hearing all the charges and the testimony from the witness, the first offender, Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan was found guilty for Discreditable and unacceptable conduct by behaving in a manner detrimental to discipline and cease from bring a member of the Force by shooting and killing the deceased Mr Kolade Johnson; which is totally against the law. Unimportant and Unlawful way of exercising authority by using unimportant and unnecessary violence, by using AK 47 rifle on the deceased Mr Kolade Johnson in total negligence to the Force Order 237 on the use of Firearms.
The first offender was persecuted and given the punishment of dismissal from the Force by the Adjuring Officer, CSP Indyar Apev.
They found no evidence linking the second defaulter, Sergeant Godwin Orji to the murder of Mr Kolade Johnson. So therefore, he was found not guilty of the charges and was immediately discharged and acquitted.
The First offender, Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan was taken to the Criminal Investigation Department, Panti for his prosecution in conventional Court.
